In general, the customer service in here is very professional with clear explanation of every details. It actually covered all my concern about rental new sizes of storage area which suit my current needs, thanks and truly appreciated.

Many storage sizes to choose from at the Sai Wan facility. Good location and great customer service by the team at the facility. Went there past the operating hours and they were still very kind to wait for me so that I can have a look at the storage unit before confirmation. Would definitely recommend Extra Space to all!
